Set up your account and understand the basics
Step 1
Create Your Account
Sign up for a free trial to get started immediately
- Click "Start Free Trial" to create your account
- Enter your email, password, and company name
- Verify your email address
- Your 14-day free trial starts immediately with full access
Step 2
Complete Your Profile
Add your business information for professional estimates
- Go to Settings > Company Profile
- Upload your company logo
- Add your business address and contact info
- Set your default markup percentage and labor rate
- Configure your state tax rate for estimates
Step 3
Install the App
Add GC EstimatorAI to your home screen for quick access
- iPhone/iPad: Open in Safari, tap Share, then "Add to Home Screen"
- Android: Open in Chrome, tap menu, then "Install App"
- Desktop: Click the install icon in your browser address bar
- The app works offline once installed
